• Security deposit and first-month rent required.
• No pets
• Picture Id
• No Criminal or evictions for 3 years
• Background Checks are done
• Copies of 3 months' paystubs –
• YOUR MONTHLY INCOME MUST BE 3 TIMES THE RENT – I.E – RENT IS $900 – YOUR INCOME MUST BE $2700
• Section 8 welcomed

We will be requiring first month, last month and security deposit.

We accept Section 8, money from Milwaukee County (which is like Section 8 but checks come from Milwaukee County) and Wellpoint Program (helps youth in Crisis)
